These Terms of Use govern access to the DesiHookup website, member features, content and related dating services. By accessing or using DesiHookup, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Adult eligibility
DesiHookup is intended only for adults aged 20 or older. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and must not use the service where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and promptly update information that materially changes. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and should contact support if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable conduct
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive another person; solicit money; publish another person's private information; upload unlawful content; or use automated methods to disrupt, copy or misuse the service. Commercial solicitation and exploitation are not permitted.
4. Consent and offline meetings
Every interaction must be voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and a refusal must be respected immediately. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to meet another member. Review our Safety Tips, meet publicly first and contact emergency services when there is immediate danger.
5. Member content
You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the right to share it. Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights or exposes someone without permission. By submitting content needed to operate the service, you allow DesiHookup to host, display and process it for that purpose, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
6. DesiHookup content
The DesiHookup name, website design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce substantial portions of the service for commercial use.
7. Service changes and enforcement
We may update, restrict or discontinue features and may investigate or act on suspected violations of these terms. Appropriate action may include content removal, account restriction or termination, subject to applicable requirements.
8. Third-party services
The service may link to or rely on third-party providers. Those providers control their own terms, content and privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information or completing a transaction.
9. No guaranteed outcome
DesiHookup provides tools for adults to discover and communicate with potential connections, but cannot guarantee identity claims, compatibility, replies, dates or any particular relationship outcome. Use your own judgment in every interaction.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law and may not always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, DesiHookup is not responsible for losses caused by another member's conduct, unauthorised third-party activity or decisions made outside the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current page will show the revised date. Continuing to use the service after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
